Iöho Otble Ner was founded durring the early 13th century in summer of the year 1225, by Vú̄boīy Ca̋nvé̄y 'Nina Blade' Cúnḱ Mpfé Yawmé̄ Neerlush. The establishment of Iöho Otble Ner was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Iöho Otble Ner's construction back out of the project. Vú̄boīy Ca̋nvé̄y 'Nina Blade' Cúnḱ Mpfé Yawmé̄ Neerlush pushed on reguardles, and Iöho Otble Ner was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Iöho Otble Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Iöho Otble Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Iöho Otble Ner is buildings are arranged within a network of restrictive packed earth streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Iöho Otble Ner's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. Astonishigly, the monster and outlaw focused fortifications are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
A look around Iöho Otble Ner seems to be home to a quite vibrant and boisterous community. Everywhere one looks they can see people going out their daily business with a smile and a spring in their step. Children play loudly in the streets, causing untold havoc as youth are want and allowed to do. On second glance, that chaos continues into adulthood. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

Cultural Notes
Iöho Otble Ner's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is inspired by the natural world, characterized by sinuous, sculptural, organic shapes, arches, curving lines, and sensual ornamentation. Common motifs included stylized versions of leaves, flowers, vines, insects, animals, and other natural elements. Decorative elements found on the inside and outside of buildings include intricate mosaic work, curved windows, and decorative trim work. .
